Welcome to UAgain. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website uagain.co and your purchase of products from us. UAgain is an Australian business operated from Albion, QLD 4010, Australia.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

UAgain sells dietary supplements for men's health, including the Mens Prime Formula. Our products are sold directly to consumers through uagain.co. UAgain is operated from 2/65 Sandgate rd, Albion QLD 4010, Australia.

Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include or exclude GST as applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.
6. Subscriptions
If you purchase a UAgain product on a subscription basis, the following terms apply in addition to these Terms:
Recurring Charges: By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the recurring interval selected at checkout (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on uagain.co or by contacting us at contact@uagain.co. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. You will continue to receive any product already paid for.
Changes: We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. If we increase the price, we will notify you before the next billing cycle and give you the opportunity to cancel.
Skipping or Pausing: If this feature is available, you may skip or pause deliveries through your account settings.

7. Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as shipping is handled by third-party carriers.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Risk of Loss: For Australian customers, risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. UAgain has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Delivery times for international orders may be longer and are subject to customs processing.
8. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We want you to try UAgain and experience the results for yourself. If you are not satisfied after using UAgain, we will provide a full refund within 60 days of your order date — even if the bottle has been opened or partially used.
To Request a Refund: Email us at contact@uagain.co within 60 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and let us know it didn't work for you. Ship any remaining product (opened or unopened) back to: UAgain Returns, 2/65 Sandgate rd, Albion QLD 4010, Australia.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Not Eligible for Refund: Returns requested after 60 days from the date of purchase, and products not purchased directly from uagain.co.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time. These rights apply regardless of our 60-day policy. 9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on uagain.co — including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and the UAgain trademark — is the property of UAgain and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UAgain, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website or products in a manner not consistent with these Terms, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
This clause does not apply to the extent that a claim arises from UAgain's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or any breach of the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Health and Safety Warnings
UAgain products are dietary supplements intended for adult men aged 18 and over. Do not use UAgain products if you are under 18 years of age. Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication (including blood pressure medication, blood thinners, or medication for erectile dysfunction), or have had surgery including prostate removal. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reaction and seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
