UAGAIN SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Australia (Metro): 3–7 business days Australia (Regional/Remote): 5–10 business days New Zealand: 7–14 business days United States: 7–14 business days United Kingdom: 7–14 business days Rest of World: 10–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on your specific location and carrier conditions.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be displayed at checkout when applicable. Any free shipping offer applies to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If your tracking information has not updated for 7 or more days, please contact us at contact@uagain.co with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

 

5. Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, some delays are outside of our control. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance and inspections, carrier delays or backlogs, extreme weather events, public holidays in the origin or destination country, global shipping disruptions, remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

In rare cases, international orders may experience delays of up to 15–20 business days beyond the estimated delivery window due to factors such as customs processing.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@uagain.co and we will do our best to assist, including lodging an enquiry with the carrier and providing updates on the status of your shipment.

 

6. International Orders

For orders shipped outside of Australia:

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other government-imposed charges in your country. These charges are not included in UAgain's product prices or shipping costs, and we have no control over their amount. Delivery times for international orders may be longer than estimated due to customs processing. In some countries, your parcel may be held by customs until applicable duties or fees are paid.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.

 

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@uagain.co. We will do our best to update your address before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We want every customer to receive their order in full and in good condition. If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, please contact us at contact@uagain.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage to the product or packaging where possible.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you, or provide a full refund for the affected items.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law: Under the Australian Consumer Law, if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, or if goods arrive damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, replacement, or compensation. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes those rights. For more information, visit www.accc.gov.au.

 

9. Delivery and Risk

For Australian deliveries, if a parcel is confirmed as delivered to the correct address but you have not received it (for example, if it was stolen after being left at your door), please contact us within 14 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and do our best to resolve the situation.

To reduce the risk of missed or stolen deliveries, you may wish to provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package, use a parcel locker or collection point if available in your area, or add delivery instructions at checkout if your carrier supports them.

 

10. P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes within Australia. International P.O. Box delivery may be limited depending on carrier restrictions in your country. If we are unable to ship to your P.O. Box, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
